FAQ

Common questions, answered plainly.

Answers to the questions practices ask us most about medical billing, denials, access, and reporting. Still stuck? Send us a message and we will reply within one business day.

What is medical billing outsourcing?+

It means handing some or all of your billing work, such as claims, payment posting, denials, and collections, to an external team that works under agreed procedures and reports back to you.

Which services can I start with?+

Most practices start with the area costing them the most, often denial management or AR recovery. Others begin with a full end-to-end billing engagement. We will recommend a starting point after reviewing your numbers.

Will you need access to our systems?+

Yes, to the extent needed for the services you choose. Access is granted through your practice management or billing system using roles you control, and it can be revoked at any time.

How do you protect patient information?+

We limit access to the minimum necessary, use secure channels for data transfer, and follow the confidentiality and privacy practices described in our privacy policy. Details are confirmed in writing before work begins.

How will I know what you are doing?+

You receive a monthly report covering collections, denials, aging, and the actions we took. You can also ask for a review call at any time.

How long does it take to see results?+

Quick wins, such as fixing front-end claim errors, often show within the first billing cycle. Larger gains, such as recovering aged balances, take longer. We set expected timelines during onboarding.

How is pricing structured?+

Pricing depends on the services, your monthly claim volume, and your specialty. We quote after the initial review so you know the cost before you commit. We do not charge for the first consultation.

Do you handle appeals?+

Yes. We prepare written appeals for denials that have a reasonable chance of being overturned, with the supporting documentation the payer requires. We will tell you when an appeal is not worth pursuing.

Can you work with our existing staff?+

Yes. Many practices keep their front desk and clinical teams in place and hand off the billing back office. We agree on responsibilities in writing so nothing falls between teams.
